Up until 10 years ago I worked in an Oxford based timber merchant but made a change and joined a property maintenance firm, which is when everything seemed to fall into place for me. Being able to go home at the end of each day seeing that my work had made a substantial difference to the property occupier was, and still is, very rewarding.

Over the last decade I have worked for a company in social housing travelling to London, Slough, Maidenhead, High Wycombe, Swindon, Reading and even Portsmouth on a daily basis. While there I gained an NVQ in property maintenance, trained for a CSCS card, and I have completed asbestos and site safety management courses among many others.

As well as the day job we all have friends and family who need a hand from time to time and they have friends and neighbours who see what has been done before enquiring about their own ‘little jobs’ that need doing. It is the satisfaction that I get when I see someone pleased with my work that makes my role worthwhile. I am passionate about ensuring that all jobs I complete, no matter how small, are completed to the highest standards and expectations my customers can set.
